Had hetzelfde gehad. Heb ook helpdesk gemaild. Dit kreeg ik terug.

Thank you for contacting us here at Electronic Arts Technical Support. I’m sorry for the difficulty that you are having with Battlefield 2: Northern Strike. If your "My Games" section of EA Link no longer displays any games, or game information, then a file in your cache folder may be corrupted. The following solution should correct the issue and allow EA Link to download default files and information.

PLEASE NOTE: This will temporarily remove any previously downloaded material from your EA Link cache location. In the event that an issue continues after performing these instructions, you may be required to re-download any content you have previously obtained.

Completely exit EA Link by clicking File > Exit
Open My Computer.
Double-click the C: drive.
Double-click the ProgramData folder.
Double-click the Electronic Arts folder.
Double-click the EA Link folder.

If you do NOT have any downloaded material you need to retain (because you can re-download material when EA Link is properly functional again), then do the following:


Right-click the cache folder and choose Delete.
A "Confirm Key Delete" window will appear, choose Yes.

If you have previously downloaded material that you would like to backup:


Right-click the cache folder and choose "Rename ".
Rename this folder to something like "cache.BAK "
Restart EA Link and log in.
If the various game materials repopulate the main view screen, then the problem has likely been corrected. If you have previously downloaded material:

Completely exit EA Link by clicking on File > Exit.
Open My Computer.
Double-click the C: drive.
Double-click the ProgramData folder.
Double-click the Electronic Arts folder.
Double-click the EA Link folder.
Double-click the cache folder.
There will be a folder with a long string for a name (such as "{9C54E810EE0D968BD7C554A06864A495} ")
Now go back to the renamed or backed up cache folder and access the folder with the same alpha-numeric folder.
Move the contents of the backup folder to the newly created cache folder.
Your prior material should now be available when you restart EA Link.

If an issue persists, you may need to clear this cache folder again and re-download any material again.

Heb zelf die cache folder verwijderd. Moest toen wel weer opnieuw de bestanden downloaden.
Werkt nu allemaal goed.
